Waste from ‘dedicated off-site manufacturing or fabrication’ should only be accounted for if the manufacturing process has been specifically developed for the project under assessment, excluding waste from manufacturing ‘off the shelf’ products.

The assessment of waste should only consider the waste that has been specifically generated by the activities of the project under assessment.
