To become an Assessor, a delegate must successfully complete an accredited assessor course (BREEAM training courses | BRE Academy) and obtain a licence.
BRE will then activate Assessor-specific account features, ensuring compliance with the necessary guidelines.
Assessor accounts are managed by BRE.
