Where an asset has:

  • a single function area

AND

  • no significant energy uses that must be separately metered

AND

  • no separately tenanted areas for sub-metering

Provided that the sub-metering by end-use credit is achieved, the sub-metering of ‘high energy load and tenanted areas’ credit can be awarded by default.
