Energy Efficiency Rating (EER) and primary energy demand – SAP 10.2 - KBCN1596

SAP 10.2 may be used to calculate the Energy Efficiency Rating (EER) and Primary Energy Demand. Although the carbon emission and primary energy factors have changed and better reflect actual impacts, there is no change to the baseline EER definition.

Where renewable energy generation calculations cannot be determined by the MCS installer it should be obtained from the SAP assessor or Domestic Energy Assessor. The output should be given in kWh/m²/annum.
