ModeScore Sustainable Transport certification - KBCN1705

Achieving ModeScore Gold or Platinum certification may be used as supporting evidence to award credits for the Transport issues listed in the table below. This alignment is permitted provided that the BREEAM technical criteria are demonstrably met.

Evidence Requirements To award credits using this route, the Assessor must:
  1. Submit the ModeScore Certification and Assessment Report.
  2. Provide a mapping statement demonstrating how the targeted BREEAM criteria have been met using the relevant ModeScore criteria.
  3. Provide any Supplementary Evidence identified through the mapping process.

ModeScore encompasses ActiveScore within its assessment criteria, covering four pillars of sustainable transportation while incorporating accessibility into each: ModeScore evaluates the connectivity potential of any building, anywhere, offering four levels of certification and a total scorecard of 120 points.
