The technical manual currently mistakenly refers to 1 staff and 1 visitors or beds.
The correct unit of measure for calculating compliant cycle storage spaces is 1 space per 10 staff. Guests or visitors staying at the hotel should not be included in the calculation.
However, where relevant, visitors to on-site facilities such as conference spaces, restaurants, or gyms who are not staying at the hotel should be included within the calculation on the same basis as staff.
