The bespoke criteria development process allows for the assessment of:
- Buildings which do not fall within the scope of the BREEAM New Construction and Refurbishment and Fit-Out schemes
- BREEAM Communities projects outside of the UK
- All BREEAM Infrastructure New Construction pilot projects
