If an energy performance asset rating is currently valid at the time of measurement, then it is valid for assessment in this issue. It does not need to be obtained specifically during the current assessment cycle.
For example, if an asset obtained a compliant rating in 2020 which is valid until 2030, then this can be used in a current measurement in 2027.
