BREEAM awards credits for responsible construction management to recognise and encourage construction sites which are managed in an environmentally and socially considerate, responsible and accountable manner. Guidance Note 33 (GN33) lists the responsible construction management requirements in BREEAM and provides a list of recognised schemes and tools that may used to demonstrate that particular requirements have been met.
This guidance note only applies to:
- UK New Construction 2018, V6, V6.1
- UK New Construction Residential (formerly HQM) ONE, V6, V6.1
