Terminating a license

Assessors or Assessor Organizations who wish to terminate a company license or remove an individual Assessor from their existing license may do so at any time.  Notification must be provided to BRE America in writing, either by email or letter. Notices will not be accepted or processed by phone.   

The affected Assessors will receive a notice of the date of removal shortly after notification is provided.  Terminations will be completed 30 days from the notification date or when the license term ends, whichever is sooner.  No refunds will be given if the license is terminated part way through the license term.
