There are two types of innovation credits available in BREEAM;
- Those for meeting exemplary performance criteria defined within the relevant BREEAM Scheme Document (not applicable to the Communities scheme)
- Those for having a proposed innovation peer-reviewed and approved by BRE Global i.e Approved Innovation credits
