At design stage, as-designed energy modelling outputs, such as HQM SAP XML files, SAP output documents and BRUKL files, can be generated by a suitably qualified member of the project team.
However, at post-construction stage, as-built HQM SAP XML files, SAP output documents and BRUKL files must be generated by an accredited energy assessor*.
