Building assessed as part of a larger development

Where the building under assessment forms part of a larger development and either a new or existing low or zero Carbon technology (LZCT) installation is provided for the whole site, then the amount of LZCT energy generation counted for in this issue, and subsequent CO₂ emissions saved, should be proportional to the building’s energy consumption compared to the total energy consumption for the site.
