Flood risk – Using PPS25 to carry out a FRA

  • Created: 06th Jun 2016
  • Reference: KBCN0252

Although the government has scrapped PPS25, assessors can continue to use either this guidance or the more recent online guide, ‘Flood risk and coastal change’ – http://planningguidance.communities.gov.uk/blog/guidance/flood-risk-and-coastal-change/

The PPS25 document referred to in the manual is still considered good practice
