The numbering of compliance notes in the BREEAM International RFO 2015 technical manual is different in the online (HTML) version of the technical manual compared to the PDF version. This affects several assessment issues including:
- Man 01, Man 02, Man 03, Man 04
- Hea 02, Hea 03, Hea 04, Hea 05
- Ene 02, Ene 03, Ene 04, Ene 05, Ene 08, Ene 09
- Tra 04, Tra 05
- Wat 02, Wat 03, Wat 04
- Mat 01, Mat 03, Mat 05, Mat 06
- Wst 01, Wst 02, Wst 03, Wst 04, Wst 06
- LE 02, LE 04
- Pol 01, Pol 02, Pol 05
The content of the compliance notes is identical in both manuals; the only difference is in the numbering used. All references to compliance note numbers are correct in either version of the manual, but differences occur when switching between the online (HTML) version and the PDF version.
This erratum applies to the current issue of BREEAM International Refurbishment and Fit Out 2015 (SD225, Issue 1.4, 27/04/2017).
This is an error and will be corrected in the next reissue of the manual. In the meantime, if referencing compliance notes within these sections in your assessment or communications with BRE, it would be helpful to clarify the source as either PDF or HTML.
