Guidance Note 26 (GN26) provides information to BREEAM In-Use assessors on how to use representative sampling during site inspections. It aims to help assessors carry out a proportionate, risk-based inspection strategy without needing to inspect every building, apartment, or element.
This guidance may be used at the assessor’s discretion to support decisions regarding sampling during site inspections for BREEAM In-Use.
