We are currently working to incorporate the Building Regulations changes into all our schemes.
At present HQM is not compatible with SAP 10.
We, therefore, advise assessors to follow the guidance as per the manual and continue to use SAP 2012 until we have updated our guidance to incorporate SAP 10 and the Building Regulations updates.
Where SAP 10 is being used for building regulations purposes and certification against HQM ONE is sought, the energy modellers will need to model the building twice, once under SAP 10 for building regulations purposes and once under SAP 2012 for the purposes of HQM ONE.
We’re currently working on updating HQM so that it is compatible with SAP 10 and anticipate that it will be launched early summer 2023.
