BREEAM Assessors should consult the Innovation Application Form (BF1033) found here, which provides guidance on application review procedures and associated time frames. BRE Global technical consultants will not be able to comment on the likelihood of the success of an application without going through the full application and peer-review process. The final decision will be communicated to the BREEAM Assessor by email.
Appeals against any decision should be made by the BREEAM Assessor in accordance with BRE Global’s appeals procedures, which are available on request. The decision made on any appeal is final.
