For Wst 04, the relevant criteria will show depending on the answer to the following question in the initial details section, “Is this a speculative refurbishment?”.
If the answer to the aforementioned question is yes, then criterion 1 in Wst 04 is applicable and if the answer is no, criterion 2 in Wst 04 is applicable.
Please note that the Wst 04 section will show as “speculative finishes compliance” in both cases, so whilst it may seem the same, it will have taken into consideration whether the occupant is known or not.
