If any in-scope building product does not fit into the product type categories for the ‘VOC emission level’ criteria published before 2016 or the respective compliant testing or performance standards for a product type, the product may also be tested under any appropriate product category from the latest emissions from construction products criteria i.e. New construction, Version 7.
