The technical manual refers to ‘4 credits for prediction of operational energy consumption’ as one of the requirements for achieving either Excellent or Outstanding minimum standards.
This reference to 4 credits is incorrect, and will be removed in a future update. This is to make it clear that the requirement for Simple Buildings is for achieving the ‘Prediction of operational energy consumption’ criteria, not achieving four credits.
